What does working together cost?
The initial conversation is without obligation. Costs only arise once scope, approach and price have been set out in writing and approved by you.
Depending on the assignment, we work in one of three models:
- Advisory work and workshops at a day rate: for analysis, facilitation, assessments and targeted support. Billed for days actually delivered.
- Fixed price per project: for clearly scoped work with a defined outcome, such as an OEE rollout or market-entry preparation. The price is fixed before the project starts.
- Monthly rate for interim management: for temporary leadership as CEO, CTO or CSO, typically over several months at an agreed time commitment.
